Shipping and Delivery Policy
Last updated : 2026/10/01
Selaa aims to provide a clear and fair delivery service, so that the customer knows the delivery cost, expected time and the entity that makes the delivery before completing the order .
The delivery service comes into play as part of the Marketplace experience , alongside search and comparison . Knowing the seller , ordering, and receiving .
Firstly How to fulfill the request
When the customer submits a request :
1. The order arrives at the seller's store .
2. The seller checks product availability and order details .
3. The seller accepts or rejects the order .
4. After the order is accepted, it is prepared for shipping or delivery.
5. The approved delivery service provider or supplier will handle the delivery process according to the region and available service .
Sending the order to the store does not mean that the seller purchased the product from the seller or that it was resold to the customer .
Each store is treated as an independent seller if the order contains products from multiple stores .
secondly Delivery price
The delivery price is shown to the customer before the order is completed as much as possible .
No hidden fees may be added that have not been communicated to the customer before the order is completed, except for costs imposed by an exceptional situation and whose basis is clear, legitimate and acceptable to the customer .
The delivery fee is considered a fee for an actual transportation service and is not interest on the price of the goods or an usurious amount .
Third Delivery date
The customer is shown the estimated delivery date or time according to the region, product and store .
Delays may occur due to :
• Weather conditions .
• Congestion .
• Malfunctions .
• Emergency events .
• The customer is not available at the address .
• The store was late in processing the order .
• Reasons beyond our control .
A product may not offer a fictitious date or an unrealistic guarantee simply to complete the sale .
Fourth Cash on delivery
When choosing cash on delivery, the customer pays :
The price of the products + delivery fee + any declared and legitimate fees before ordering .
The price of the products is collected on behalf of the seller, while the commodity receives its agreed dues in return for its services according to the contractual relationship with the seller .
The product does not impose interest on the customer due to late payment, nor does it base its revenues on an interest-bearing loan .
Fifth Product damage or loss during delivery
If the order is damaged or lost while under the responsibility of the delivery party due to an error or negligence on their part, the case will be dealt with with the seller and the customer according to the nature of the case .
If it is proven that the product arrived damaged or does not conform to what was ordered, the customer is entitled to benefit from the return, exchange and guarantee policy .
Sixth The customer refused to accept the order.
If the customer refuses to accept a valid order that matches his order without a legitimate reason after he has gone out for delivery, he may bear the actual delivery service cost that was previously advertised, to the extent permitted by the applicable regulations .
This cost may not be converted into an escalating late payment penalty or an interest-bearing amount .
However, if the rejection is due to :
• The seller's mistake .
• Non-compliant product .
• ruin .
• loss .
• Unannounced change in price .
• Or another reason related to the seller or the product.
The customer does not bear the cost of the error .
Seventh Pick-up from the store
When the store pickup service is available, the customer can choose to receive the product directly from the seller according to the conditions shown in the order .
The seller remains responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer .
Eighth: Orders from multiple stores
If the customer orders from more than one store :
• Each product has its own independent seller .
• Products may arrive in different shipments .
• Each store's policy applies to its products, subject to statutory rights and core commodity policies .
• Delivery fees and how they are calculated are stated before order confirmation whenever possible .
